It’s no secret that Chevy has been updating its Silverado lineup and it looks like the American automaker isn’t going to be ignoring its HD lineup. The brand just released a teaser photo for the 2019 debut of the 2020 Silverado HD lineup.
“With a completely new, expanded range of Silverado models on the horizon, we expect to see even more truck buyers in Chevrolet showrooms,” said Alan Batey, global head of Chevrolet.
Currently, protype testing hasn’t begun just yet for the Silverado HD, but the model is expected to have a bolder design and larger proportions.
The reveal of the 2020 Silverado HD follows the debut of the 2019 Silverado 1500, which occurred in January. The American truck maker has also announced a new lineup of Silverado chassis-cab models, which includes the 4500HD, 5500HD, and 6500HD.
Each of these recently introduced models have seen some significant changes. For instance, the Silverado 1500 has lost weight compared to the previous models and offers more customization options, so customers can find the pickup of their dreams.
While we don’t know much more about the 2020 Chevy Silverado HD lineup, we do know that it will be manufactured in Flint, Michigan. It’s expected to make its bow in showrooms across the country in fall of 2019.
Until then, stop by El Dorado Chevrolet to test drive the brand’s current Chevy Silverado HD models.
