Chevrolet recently unveiled the Silverado HD Z71 Sport Concept, a unique take on the classic truck. Premiering at the 2019 SEMA Show, the Z71 Sport Concept comes with the new Z71 Sport Package, which includes a revamped exterior, off-road capabilities, and more.
The exterior will help you make an entrance wherever you go. The Z71 Sport Concept comes with high-intensity LED lighting for better visibility, a body-colored Chevy grille bar (which comes with chrome inserts), body-colored rear and front bumpers, and custom exterior graphics. You’ll also find that the Silverado comes with special Chevrolet Bow Ties and badging.
This new model is also equipped with a standard off-road package. This includes features such as special off-road tires for added traction, an underbody shield (colored black for the Z71 model) for added protection, and Rancho® shocks. You’ll also find Hill Descent Control for better handling on inclined terrain.
Under the hood of the Z71 is a 6.6-liter V8 engine that’s paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and an optional Trailer Package. You can also opt for a diesel engine, which has 445 horsepower and 910 lb-ft of torque and is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, allowing the Silverado HD to tow up to 35,500 pounds when properly equipped.
